Manitoba Chapter Members Meeting

All Manitoba Chapter of SAC Members are invited to attend this meeting. The main purpose of this meeting is to elect a new board. In addition there will be a forum for members to have input on the issues and direction the new board will focus on. SAC President Fred Elkins will also be in attendance, and light refreshments will be served. This is an excellent opportunity to network, and gain a better understanding of what the association has to offer. We hope to see you there.

This seminar will provide information on how to increase profit through effective estimating. During this session participants will use formulas that can determine the price for a sign and create a profit margin before the project even begins. In addition, information will be shared on how to compute sales commissions that increase the effectiveness of your sales staff. Participants will:
Discuss how to build an effective estimating department
Create formulas to build a pricing system for predetermined profits
Apply a pricing system to your sales staff to increase their performance
